Ross home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Ross fell by $5,550 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,450 - a 3.6% decrease over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Ross in June 2017.
