Morgan home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Morgan fell by $87,300 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,700 - a 32.2% decrease over the $271,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Morgan in June 2017.
