South Lebanon home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in South Lebanon rose by $34,900 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 36.7% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Lebanon in March 2017, as well.
