Morrow home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Morrow fell by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,950 - a 2.7% decrease over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Morrow in March 2017.
