Lebanon home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Lebanon rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 52.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Lebanon in February 2017.
