South Lebanon home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in South Lebanon fell by $10,032 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,625 - a 11.4% decrease over the $87,657 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in South Lebanon in December 2016.
