Ross home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Ross fell by $38,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $261,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ross in February 2017.
