New Miami home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in New Miami fell by $18,950 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,500 - a 28.1% decrease over the $67,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in New Miami in January 2017, as well.
