Carlisle home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Carlisle rose by $16,750 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $85,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlisle in September 2016.
