Franklin home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Franklin fell by $6,600 while total sales decreased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,400 - a 5.8% decrease over the $113,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Franklin in September 2016.
