Morgan home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Morgan fell by $116,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 46.8% decrease over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Morgan in November 2016.
