Liberty Township home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Liberty Township rose by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,250 - a 3.9% increase over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Liberty Township in September 2016.
