New Miami home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in New Miami rose by $13,760 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,500 - a 30.1% increase over the $45,740 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Miami in August 2016, as well.
