Trenton home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Trenton rose by $24,600 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Trenton in August 2016.
