Fairfield home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fairfield rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Fairfield in August 2016.
