Lebanon home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Lebanon fell by $3,400 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $174,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Lebanon in September 2016.
