Hanover Township home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Hanover Township rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Hanover Township in June 2016.
