Fairfield Township home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Fairfield Township rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 11.6% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Fairfield Township in June 2016.
