Carlisle home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Carlisle fell by $20,400 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 13.2% decrease over the $154,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Carlisle in July 2016.
