Lebanon home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lebanon fell by $27,300 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,200 - a 13.2% decrease over the $206,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Lebanon in July 2016.
