Hanover Township home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Hanover Township rose by $34,100 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $126,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hanover Township in May 2016.
