Hunter home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Hunter rose by $51,050 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,050 - a 60.1% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hunter in June 2016.
