Trenton home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Trenton rose by $6,550 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $140,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Trenton in April 2016.
