St. Clair home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in St. Clair fell by $6,600 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,900 - a 9.5% decrease over the $69,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Clair in March 2016.
