Hanover Township home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Hanover Township rose by $30,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hanover Township in March 2016, as well.
