Carlisle home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Carlisle rose by $19,725 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,225 - a 21.1% increase over the $93,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlisle in May 2016.
