South Lebanon home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in South Lebanon rose by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in May 2016, as well.
