Hunter home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Hunter fell by $40,600 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,900 - a 24.1% decrease over the $168,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hunter in May 2016.
