Lebanon home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lebanon fell by $17,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $197,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Lebanon in May 2016.
