Deerfield Township home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Deerfield Township rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Deerfield Township in May 2016.
