South Lebanon home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in South Lebanon rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Lebanon in April 2016.
