Franklin home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Franklin rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 41.7% increase over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Franklin in April 2016.
