Waynesville home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Waynesville fell by $43,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,750 - a 20.1% decrease over the $213,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Waynesville in April 2016, as well.
