Mason home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Mason rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Mason in April 2016.
