Harveysburg home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Harveysburg fell by $95,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 58.3% decrease over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Harveysburg in March 2016, as well.
