Willoughby Hills home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Willoughby Hills rose by $17,800 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $167,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Willoughby Hills in December 2016.
