Eastlake home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Eastlake fell by $22,600 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,200 - a 19.7% decrease over the $114,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Eastlake in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Eastlake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,209, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
