Perry home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Perry fell by $56,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 30.5% decrease over the $183,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Perry in November 2016.
