Hanover Township home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Hanover Township fell by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 26% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hanover Township in February 2016.
