Trenton home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Trenton rose by $16,400 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 16% increase over the $102,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Trenton in February 2016.
