Avon home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Avon fell by $62,335 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 23.8% decrease over the $262,335 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Avon in January 2016.
