Liberty Township home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Liberty Township rose by $28,750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $211,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Liberty Township in February 2016.
