Lemon Township home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Lemon Township rose by $16,700 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,200 - a 65.5% increase over the $25,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lemon Township in January 2016.
