North Perry home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North Perry rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 29.7% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Perry in September 2016.
