Carlisle home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Carlisle fell by $12,300 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,700 - a 12.9% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Carlisle in January 2016, as well.
