North Perry home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in North Perry fell by $23,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 15.5% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in North Perry in August 2016.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
