Willoughby Hills home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Willoughby Hills fell by $106,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 43.3% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in August 2016.
