Willoughby home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Willoughby fell by $13,350 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $143,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Willoughby in June 2016.
