Perry home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Perry fell by $75,300 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,950 - a 36% decrease over the $209,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Perry in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,852, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
