Kirtland home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Kirtland fell by $178,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 48.5% decrease over the $368,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Kirtland in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Kirtland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $7,619, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
